Nice!  Hopefully the other boxes begin doing this as well to make it easier on the street.  There are a lot of outparcels, parking lot carveouts, auto centers, and endcaps that could make tons of sense for freestanding buildings.  Too, breaking up/subdividing some of these larger boxes could really open up a lot of opportunity for all of our clients.  I also hope that the more “inflexible” municipalities and jurisdictions will lighten up on the parking ratio requirements to allow some of these uses in their markets.  It sure would add to the declining tax revenue base
