We need a Costco in Springfield, Mo. It is a metro area of around 400,000 and only two Sam’s Clubs. There is no comparison between them. Hurry up Costco.

Are there any plans in the works to open a new store in Magnolia, TX at FM1774 and FM1488?
This is a growing area and we have to drive quite a ways to get to Walmart.
The highway department iw widening all the roads around here.

I am interested in helping with a new site for a Wal-Mart on the New Interstate off- ramp at Carbon Hill, Alabama. I have heard that there is interest in this location I have 300 acres of land located near this off-ramp with options on a thousand acres more. I would be interested in giving up to 40 acres of land. In exchange you would have to build a store within a couple of years.

I heard that Costco is going to open a new store in Arden, NC – Airport Road exit 40 off of 26. Is this true?
